These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Small School HQ, operated by Division 1 Rejects, including the website at https://app.d1rejects.com and our mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date (June 8, 2026 or later). Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by your local law.
